APPROVAL OF RECLAMATION PLAN, AMENDMENT, OR PROJECT.

In addition to any other requirements in this chapter, a reclamation plan adopted by the district, an amendment to a reclamation plan, or a project of the district that is not included in a reclamation plan must be approved by any appropriate municipalities before the plan, amendment, or project takes effect.
