RELIANCE ON PRIOR ELECTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Notwithstanding any other law, the district may issue any unissued additional bonds, notes, or other obligations approved by voters of the district before the exclusion of property from the district under Section 8024A.0201 without holding a new election to authorize the issuance of the bonds, notes, or other obligations.
