BONDS FOR ROAD PROJECTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
At the time of issuance, the total principal amount of bonds, notes, or other obligations issued or incurred to finance a road project under Section 8233.102 may not exceed one-fourth of the assessed value of real property in the district according to the most recent appraisal roll for Fort Bend County.
