INITIAL ELECTED DIRECTORS; TERMS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Unless the initial board otherwise agrees, the directors elected under Section 8263.023 shall draw lots to determine which two shall serve until the first regularly scheduled election of directors under Section 8263.052 and which three shall serve until the second regularly scheduled election of directors.
