AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The district may issue bonds or other obligations payable wholly or partly from ad valorem taxes, impact fees, revenue, contract payments, grants, revenue from economic development agreements under Chapter 380, Local Government Code, other district money, or any combination of those sources, to pay for any authorized district purpose.
