COSTS OF ROAD PROJECT.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The district shall bear the cost of maintaining, improving, operating, and repairing a road authorized by Section 8348.103 that is located in the district, regardless of whether the district conveys the road to this state, a county, or a municipality.
