Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person who is adversely affected by a rule or order of the authority may sue the authority in a district court to set aside the rule or order before the 31st day after the date on which the rule or order takes effect.
(b) Venue for a suit under Subsection (a) is in any county located wholly or partly in the authority.
