OVERFLOW OR INUNDATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY; RELOCATION OF ROADS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The authority may overflow and inundate any public land or public property and require the relocation of a road or highway in the manner and to the extent permitted to a district organized under general law pursuant to Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
