COURT-APPOINTED RECEIVER.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The district may serve as the court-appointed receiver in a matter determined by a court concerning the disposition of assets of any other district authorized by Section 52(b)(1) or (2), Article III, or Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, including a municipal utility district or a water control and improvement district in Duval County.
