BOARD VACANCY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) If there is a vacancy on the board, the commissioners court that appointed the director who vacated the office shall appoint a director to serve the remainder of the term.
(b) In making the appointment, the commissioners court shall appoint a director to represent the interest of the director who vacated the office.
