DISTRICT TERRITORY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the district includes the territory in Menard County unless the district's territory has been modified under:
(1) Subchapter J or K, Chapter 36, Water Code; or
(2) other law.
(b) The district does not include the territory in the Hickory Underground Water Conservation District No. 1 as that territory existed on May 24, 1991.
(c) The boundaries of the district form a closure.
