JUDICIAL NOTICE OF RULES.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A court shall take judicial notice of a rule adopted under this subchapter and published as required by Section 9015.253, and the court shall consider the rule to be similar in nature to a penal ordinance of a municipality.
