DISTRICT TERRITORY.

The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953, as that territory may have been modified under:
(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code;
(2) this subchapter or its predecessor statute, former Section 5, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953; or
(3) other law.
