Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person who wants the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must submit to the board's secretary a petition requesting that action.
(b) The petition must be signed by at least 10 residents of the district who are qualified to vote at the election.
