CONFLICT WITH MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) This subchapter does not authorize a commissioners court to issue an order or regulation that conflicts with a municipal ordinance pertaining to billboards or outdoor advertising.
(b) An order or regulation issued under this subchapter that conflicts with a municipal ordinance is void.
