Tex. Transp. Code § 452.504 · Subchapter K. PROVISIONS GENERALLY APPLICABLE TO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES
OFFICERS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The members of the executive committee shall elect from among its membership a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.
(b) The executive committee may appoint, as necessary, members or nonmembers as assistant secretaries.
(c) The secretary or assistant secretary shall:
(1) keep permanent records of each proceeding and transaction of the authority; and
(2) perform other duties assigned by the executive committee.
