Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The executive committee shall hold at least one regular meeting each month to transact the business of the subregional authority.
(b) The presiding officer may call special meetings as necessary.
(c) The executive committee by resolution shall:
(1) set the time, place, and day of regular meetings; and
(2) adopt rules and bylaws as necessary to conduct meetings.
