AGREEMENT WITH UTILITIES; CARRIERS.

An authority may agree with any other public or private utility, communication system, common carrier, or transportation system for:

(1) the joint use in the authority of the property of the agreeing entities; or

(2) the establishment of through routes, joint fares, or transfers of passengers.
