Tex. Transp. Code § 550.063 · Subchapter D. WRITTEN COLLISION REPORT
REPORT ON APPROPRIATE FORM.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The form of all written collision reports must be approved by the department and the Department of Public Safety. A person who is required to file a written collision report shall report on the appropriate form and shall disclose all information required by the form unless the information is not available.
