EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOLLOWING SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF NONRESIDENT'S OPERATING PRIVILEGE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The department may not terminate the suspension or revocation of a nonresident's operating privilege suspended or revoked under this subchapter because of a conviction, forfeiture of bail, or guilty plea unless the person files and maintains evidence of financial responsibility with the department.
