Tex. Util. Code § 121.152 · Subchapter D. REGULATION BY RAILROAD COMMISSION
INITIATION OF REGULATORY PROCEEDING.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The railroad commission shall exercise power under Section 121.151:
(1) on:
(A) its own motion;
(B) the petition of a person or county commissioner's precinct showing a substantial interest in the subject;
(C) the petition of the attorney general; or
(D) the petition of a district or county attorney of a county in which any portion of a business subject to this chapter is conducted; and
(2) after notice has been given.
