Tex. Util. Code § 53.357 · Subchapter H. PARTIAL DEREGULATION AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN COOPERATIVE CORPORATIONS
FILING OF AFFIDAVITS VERIFYING NOTICE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Not later than the 15th day before the effective date of a proposed action, the cooperative shall file with the commission affidavits that verify that the cooperative provided each notice required by Section 53.356.
