NOTICE OF USE OF DEVICE TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A person may not use an automated dial announcing device to make a telephone call in which the device plays a recorded message when the connection is completed unless the person gives to each telecommunications utility over whose system the device is to be used written notice specifying the type of device to be used.
