COUNTIES OF 5,950 TO 6,050; EXPENSES OF ADMINISTERING SCHOLASTIC AFFAIRS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
In each county of this State with a population of not less than five thousand, nine hundred and fifty (5,950) nor more than six thousand and fifty (6,050), as shown by the Federal Census of 1940, the county board of trustees is hereby authorized to set aside from the Available School Fund of the county, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law governing the assessment for the support of the county superintendent's office, an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Dollars ($900) per year to defray the expenses of the County Judge serving as ex officio county superintendent within the county.
