EFFECTS OF PERMITS ON WATER QUALITY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025

In consideration of an application for a permit under this subchapter, the commission shall assess the effects, if any, of the issuance of the permit on water quality in this state.
