DEDICATION OF CERTAIN BONDS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
No more than $250 million in principal amount of bonds authorized by Article III, Section 49-d-7, of the Texas Constitution, and issued under either that section or Article III, Section 49-d-8, of the Texas Constitution, may be dedicated to the purposes provided by Subchapter K .
