TAX TO PAY PRELIMINARY BONDS.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
At the time preliminary bonds are issued, a tax shall be levied to pay principal and interest as the bonds mature and to pay the cost of assessing and collecting the taxes.
