Tex. Water Code § 57.342 · Subchapter I. DISSOLUTION
CLAIMS TO BE PAID.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The trustees shall pay from money left in the district's treasury on dissolution claims filed with them under Sections 57.336, 57.337, and 57.339 of this code, in the order that the claims are filed.
