FRANCHISE ELECTION.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
If the commission determines that a proposed franchise should be submitted to a vote of the people, it shall so certify to the commissioners court, and the commissioners court shall order an election on the matter at the earliest legal time.
