ISSUANCE OF BONDS.

(a) The board may issue and sell bonds in the name of the district to acquire land and construct facilities as provided by this chapter.
(b) Bonds issued by a district and projects and improvements of the district that are provided through the issuance of bonds are governed by Chapter 49.
