INADMISSIBILITY.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
An agreed administrative order issued by the commission under this subchapter is not admissible against a party to that order in a civil proceeding unless the proceeding is brought by the attorney general's office to:
(1) enforce the terms of that order; or
(2) pursue a violation of a statute within the commission's jurisdiction or of a rule adopted or an order or a permit issued under such a statute.
