[VACATED — NOT A LIVE REQUIREMENT.] Division FI's instructions page still republishes Palm Beach AO 2.109-4/26's mandatory AI-disclosure sentence, but Chief Judge Kelley VACATED that order in its entirety effective June 15, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. (AO 2.109-5/26). No AI disclosure, certification, or tool-identification is required in Division FI or anywhere in the Fifteenth Circuit. Only statewide Rule 2.515(d)(2) applies.

Palm Beach: recusal and disqualification reassignment cascade (AO 11.101-06/2026)
