Reviewer note: Transcribed 2026-10-10 (California T4 Del Norte build 2026-10-10) by eye from BenchPath custody ca/t4/ca-del-norte/docs/so-21-003.pdf (453466 bytes, sha256 de362ee2d770ca9b8f7641848cdbeb55337249210547df28948758ca433e1341; 1 page; a scan, page images, no text layer): read on the page images rendered at 200 dpi; checked against two machine readings never published (RapidOCR on each page and the file's own text layer, which this scan lacks): every 6-word window of the transcription looked up, and the 2 spans the readings do not hold - “1:10p.m.” read with a letter O, and the date stamp - read again on the page images (evidence/vision-check-2026-10-10-resolved.txt). The date stamps and handwritten dates are carried as printed; the signatures and the pleading paper's line numbers are not part of the text; the transcription's closing note, which describes the page, is not published. Review note: The order speaks of the reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic; the Forms & Filing page (held) says the filing windows have been open 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m. "starting November 1, 2021", and the Local Rules page asks readers to take special notice of this order. Its 1:10p.m. in-custody arraignment calendar and its appearance days for criminal complaints with signed agreements to appear (Tuesdays at 1:30p.m. and Fridays at 10:30am) differ from the 2026 department schedule (held: in-custody arraignments at 1:00 PM in Department 3/5), and its 3:30p.m.-the-day-before deadline for those complaints differs from Rule 9.2(b) (3:30 p.m. of the second Court day before the first appearance) - part of the schedule review task.
