Not part of the text: the page number; the clerk's filing stamp (“JUL 01 2022”, signed by a deputy clerk); the rubber-stamped date on the date line and the Presiding Judge's handwritten signature. The transcription's closing note, which describes the pages, is not published. Review note: The order discontinues civil assessments for a failure to appear or to pay from July 1, 2022, judicial discretion remaining; the Traffic page (carded) still lists, for a failure to appear, “Charged up to $100.00 civil assessment fee per 1214.1 PC”, the Criminal page (carded) quotes Penal Code section 1214.1(a)’s civil assessment of up to one hundred dollars ($100), and the If you can’t afford to pay page (carded) warns that the court “may add an additional fee of up to $100” (a review task). The order’s date line carries a rubber stamp; its filing stamp reads July 1, 2022.
