Not part of the text: the pleading paper's line numbers 1 to 28 in the left margin, the footer title “FIFTY-SECOND GENERAL ORDER” and its rule, the handwritten signature above the printed title, and the margin and signature rules. The transcription's closing note, which describes the page, is not published. Review note: The order recites that SB 133 authorizes remote appearances in civil proceedings through December 31, 2025. The court's home page says the court “continues to offer remote appearances in civil matters” under AB 170, which extends the legislative provisions authorizing the use of remote technology for certain proceedings “through December 31, 2026”. The order supersedes the civil remote appearance provisions of the Forty-Seventh General Order (carded), whose card notes it.
