Not part of the text: the clerk's filing stamp (“APR 22 2024”, with the clerk's initials), the rule under the title and a toner mark; the Presiding Judge's handwritten signature, which crosses the printed name. The transcription's closing note, which describes the pages, is not published. Review note: The Missed Deadlines page (carded) still quotes a $300 civil assessment - the review task on that card. A second copy of the order, linked from the news post of April 23, 2024, is held.
