Judge Bruce R. Anderson, Jr. requires anyone filing AI-generated content to disclose it on the face of the document and insert the court's Exhibit "C" Artificial Intelligence Certificate directly above the signature block — lawyers and pro se parties alike. Omission is grounds for sanctions including denial of the relief sought. NOTE the limit: purely non-generative AI in traditional research databases or editing software need not be disclosed. Rule 2.515(d)(2) and AOSC26-12 preempted this on June 15, 2026; the September 2025 document is still posted.

If a lawyer or pro se party submits to the court any filing or submission containing AI generated content, that lawyer or pro se party must disclose the use of AI on the face of the document and must include a certification that the lawyer or pro se party has personally reviewed and verified the content's accuracy set forth directly above the signature block of the filing or submission in the form provided by this Court as Exhibit "C".
