This rule only applies to attorneys who have been granted an exemption from the use of the ECF system under 11th Cir. R. 25-3(b). On the day the attorney’s paper appendix is served, the attorney must provide the court with an electronic appendix in accordance with directions provided by the clerk. The time for serving and filing an appendix is determined by service and filing of the paper appendix. If corrections are required to be made to the paper appendix, a corrected copy of the electronic appendix must be provided. The certificate of service, if required, shall indicate the date of service of the appendix in paper format.
