Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Any criminal case remaining assigned to Division “D” on January 9, 2017 shall be reassigned by the Clerk of Court by random assignment to one of the remaining circuit criminal divisions. In order to facilitate notice to the parties, cases may be reassigned at an earlier date on the same random basis when any case is being continued to a date on or after January 9, 2017.
