Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • As of the effective date of this order, with the exception of cases in which a notice of hearing or order setting trial has been filed in the currently assigned division for a motion for summary judgment hearing or a final hearing, all foreclosure actions filed on or before January 31, 2012 shall be reassigned to “Division W__.” • In processing backlogged foreclosure cases the civil division judges in Santa Rosa and Walton Counties shall work with the program case managers to facilitate implementation of case management, data collection, and mass scheduling practices utilized by the Division “W_” judges.
