Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Effective June 2, 2008 all division attorney assignments to any and all divisions within Escambia County shall be vacated. • In these qualifying cases (i.e. failure to appear, noncompliance with PTI, determination of competency), the private conflict counsel appointed to the case at the time of the event (failure to appear, non-compliance with PTI and determinations of competency) shall be reappointed to the case at such time as the case is returned to the Court for further prosecution and/or final disposition.
