Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • As required under §327.73(11)(a), Florida Statutes, in addition to the costs cited above for the noncriminal infractions listed in §327.73, Florida Statutes, the following court costs are to be added to the civil penalty: A. $4.00 for swimming or diving infractions; B. $18.00 for nonmoving boating infractions; and C. $35.00 for boating infractions listed in §327.731(1), Florida Statutes. Pursuant to §327.73(11), Florida Statutes, costs assessed under this order may not exceed $45.00. Upon payment of fine and costs by a defendant, the Clerk shall first deduct payment of costs before applying any sum to the payment of the fine. Nothing in this order shall be deemed to prevent the imposition of any reasonable fine, forfeiture, or court costs in the discretion of the Court when done in a particular proceeding, or to waive discretionary court costs or fines. This order shall be effective immediately upon signing.
