If both parties are represented by attorneys, then the attorney for the petition er shall be responsible for t preparation of such an order. • In cases where both parties are pro se litigants, the Pro Se Coordinator shall be responsible for identifying the issues and providing the court with a proposed order appointing the guardian ad litem.
