All hearings for which both parties are representing themselves, or for which the pro se petition is proceeding by default shall be coordinated and scheduled by the Pro Se Coordinator for Okaloosa County, Florida. b. All required documents must be filed with the Office of the Clerk, of the Circuit Court, Civil Division, before any hearing may be scheduled, except as addressed in Paragraph 2(c). c. Any motion for enforcement must be filed with the Office of the Clerk of Court, Circuit Civil Division, at least five (5) days before the scheduled hearing. D. The pro se litigant may schedule a hearing by calling the Pro Se Coordinator or 833-1240 (or 1-800-434-0153).
