Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • The Appellate Division of the Circuit Court is made up of all the circuit judges in Santa Rosa County. All appeals from County Court shall be assigned on a rotating basis by the Clerk of Court to one of the Circuit Court Judges of the Appellate Division for the purpose of consideration of the appeal. Upon assignment, the Clerk shall forward the trial and appellate files to the Legal Research Assistant who shall monitor the progress of the appellate proceedings.
