Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • ASSIGNMENT OF EXTRADITION CASES In order to efficiently administer the increasing number of extradition cases appearing before the Courts of Okaloosa County, the following guidelines shall govern: • (1) If the Defendant waives extradition after a First Appearance Hearing, the Sheriff of Okaloosa County shall be responsible for all records pertaining thereto. • (2) If the Defendant does not waive extradition after a First Appearance Hearing, the Clerk of this Court shall be responsible for establishing a case file in accordance with the preovisions governing the filing of criminal cases in Okaloosa County.
