Verbatim from the operative section of Eleventh Circuit administrative order 03-05, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Cases shall be assigned and/or reassigned to this new Section at the direction of the Administrative Judge of the Family Division. Whenever possible and practicable, assignment and reassignment of cases shall be accomplished under a blind filing system historically utilized in making such assignments, or any similar method which will result in such cases being filed equally among the various sections of the Family Division in an unpredictable manner.
