If the parties’ income statutorily permits them to receive court-provided mediation services, they shall be eligible to receive the services of the Mediation Division within the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Payment for the mediation session must be made in advance. Fees for court-ordered mediation sessions will be assessed and collected in accordance with section 44.108, Florida Statutes.”
