Verbatim from the operative section of Eleventh Circuit administrative order 23-5, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • The Clerk of Court shall take the following actions in order to achieve equity in the distribution of cases in the County Civil Division of the Court: a) The Clerk of Court shall make a one-time transfer of Personal Injury Cases, both County Court (CC) and Summary Procedure (SP), randomly identified in the existing caseload from all sections in the Coral Gables Courthouse, filed on or after January 1, 2023, and shall reassign said cases as follows: • 3,600 cases to judicial Section CC01 in the Dade County Courthouse. • 3,600 cases to judicial Section CC02 in the Dade County Courthouse. • 3,600 cases to judicial Section CC04 in the Dade County Courthouse. • 3,600 cases to judicial Section CC06 in the Dade County Courthouse. • 3,600 cases to judicial Section CC08 in the Dade County Courthouse.
