One microphone may be placed in the vicinity of the witness stand in each such court facility or courtroom; b. One microphone may be placed on the desk utilized by the Clerk of the Court when a Clerk is in attendance at each such courtroom or judicial facility; and c. One microphone may be placed on the Judge’s bench.
